Ensign Vintage All Leather Movie Camera Case Made By Ensign, England 1930

Probably for Ensign Auto Kinecam 16mm movie camera.

This lovely styled case is designed to carry a vintage camera safely.

It has a working catch and lock on the front (sorry no key) and a carry handle on the lid with lugs on each side for a shoulder strap.

It is lined with purple velvet and has an Ensign label inside the lid.

There is an Ensign emblem stamped into the leather on the front of the lid.

There are protective studs to protect the base.

The condition is quite worn on both inside and out with marks to the leather. Some stitching is missing to one corner of the lid, this does not affect its use though.

In original unrestored condition, a fantastic piece of photographic history.
