Viewfinder Parallax Corrector Prism 1 foot

The adapter holder is inserted between the setting knob and the housing of the galvanometer at an angle os 45deg and then moved down over the viewfinder. They were intended to correct parallax error when framing close-ups with the focus mount Yvar 12.5mm lens. Two prisms were available with either 1′ or 2′ marked on each, for filming at distances of one and two feet, respectively. This is prism marked 1′.

Condition: Good working order. No damage. Minor marks from use.
