This is the 1939 Automat Model 2 with Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 3.5/75mm lens.
A medium format TLR film camera manufactured by Franke & Heidecke, Braunschweig, Germany, and produced between 1939-45.

Includes original blue velvet lined leather case, also in good condition but missing the neck strap.
