Vintage Mini Rex II Exposure Meter – Made in the US Zone Germany 1948 – Fully Working
Rex is the product name of a number of exposure meters build by Rex Messinstrumentenbau GmbH, Erlangen. Rex was already in business before 1939 in Munich, Prinzregentenstrasse 18. Rex was manufacturer of exposure meters. The models Novo-Rex and Rex-Senior are from 1939, Rex and Mini-Rex are made after 1948. After WWII the company moved to Hofmannstrasse 30 in Erlangen and merged with Fritz Hofmann into a new company.
